Irvine Home Values - Huge Buyer Demand for The Irvine Company's Woodbury New Homes Released

The Irvine Company (privately owned real estate developer here in Orange County) sold 70 homes in its new Woodbury and Woodbury East development before the project's grand opening Saturday, January 30.

 

This shows great buyer demand for homes at Irvine and Orange County.

 

About 2,000 people showed up anyway to see the model homes and register for the next phase to be released.  That next phase is also expected to draw massive buyer attention and sell out in the first day.
