20 Turtle Rock area homes were sold during 3rd quarter 2010.
Average home sold price during that 3rd quarter 2010 was $994,120.
27 Turtle Rock homes were sold during 3rd quarter 2009.
Average Turtle Rock home sold price for that 2009 3rd quarter was $811,611.
So the home sold price at Turtle Rock has been higher this year in 2010 than last year.
