Average sold price for those was $649,206.

Same time last year during June 2010 (when we had government tax credit incentives for home buyers), 217 Irvine homes were resold.

Average resold Irvine home price then was $699,159.

So the Irvine homes resold volume was down only 1.7 percent during June 2011 as compared with June 2010. Average sold price was down only 7 percent in that same time comparison.

IRVINE remains the "ECONOMY POWERHOUSE" at Orange County CA and has many more jobs than any other city in the area ~ People continue to want to live in Irvine and are buying homes.
