Orange County CA Home Prices Expected To Be Up This Year 2013

After Orange County CA home prices hit bottom during December 2011, markets have improved with lots of buyers and investors.

Number of Orange County foreclosures is way down, and markets are selling distressed properties almost as fast as they are listed.

So-called "shadow inventory" of underwater homes at Orange County is said to be smaller now.

Buyers with urgent ideas to act will decrease supply of homes listed, which will also result in more buyer competition and higher prices.
