Stay Away from Forensic Mortgage Loan Audit Servicers and Foreclosure Relief scams

Be careful and stay away from such new advertised forensic mortgage loan audits, which are being touted by loan mod servicers.

 

Some such services are charging up-front fees for a “forensic review” of a lender’s practices.  But don't be this desperate, and such audit won't help with your foreclosure.

 

If you are a homeowner with complaint about this, contact office of the CA Attorney General.  And check out California Dept. of Real Estate site at  www.dre.ca.gov.
