Costa Mesa has been popular and an in demand location for homes and properties at Orange County, CA, especially during the past ten years.   

245 homes are now for sale at Costa Mesa with average listing price of $574,200.

167 of those Costa Mesa for sale homes are single family detached, and the other 78 are condos and attached homes. 

50 Costa Mesa homes were sold during September 2010.

Average sold price of those 50 homes was $506,460.

Average interior size was 1660 SF for sold homes. 

14 of those sold homes were short sales, or 28% of the market.

67 Costa Mesa homes were sold during September 2009.

Those sold homes had average sold price of $537,287.

So Costa Mesa home sales were down 25% in units September this year vs. September 2009.

Home sold price at Costa Mesa was down 5.7% this year vs. last year.
