Newport Beach Home Resale Market Update for November 2010
Newport Beach has for years been one of the most interesting and beautiful places to buy a home and live in Southern California.
Average sold price for those Newport Beach homes during November 2010 was $1,119,516, and average sold price last month during October 2010 was $1,408,643.
There are 487 Newport Beach homes now active listed for resale
- Average Newport Beach home list price is now $2,304,992
- Average sold price during November 2010 was $1,119,516
- Average sold price in October 2010 was $1,408,643
- Some owner/sellers remain nostalgic about pricing
Last year during November 2009, 62 homes were sold at Newport Beach, and average sold price then was $1,431,104.
The sold prices this year during November 2010 declined as compared with November 2009.
With 487 homes now for sale on the Newport Beach market, and only 48 homes sold during November, it would theoretically take about 11 months for the market to sell all homes now listed.
Market trend at Newport Beach homes now favors the buyers.
