This hot Irvine home selling during 2012 resulted from buyers getting motivated, understanding of property values at Irvine, good and safe residential neighborhoods, and some of the best public schools anywhere.

2,406 Irvine home sold during 2012 - which was up 18 percent as compared with the year 2011. 

Irvine buyers paid more than $1.6 billion for homes last year - a total of $1,615,450,956 for homes during 2012. 

Sales of Irvine homes continue to be up, and number of listings is extremely low, so the market needs many  more home sellers and listings.
