Irvine Continues to Lead the Way for Housing Market Recovery at Orange County

Leading the way at the OC during 22 business days ending February 25, 2010, the Irvine, CA, housing market and sales continued on the upswing.
  • 92602 - Orchard Hills, north and East Irvine, zip area - 56% unit sales increase from same time last year.
  • 92603 - Turtle Rock, Turtle Ridge, Quail Hill, Shady Canyon zip area - 27.8% sales increase from last year.
  • 92604 - Westpark and Woodbridge zip area - 14.3% sales increase from last year.
  • 92606 - West Irvine zip area - 9.1% sales increase from last year.
  • 92612 - University Park and Rancho San Joaquin zip area - 41.2% sales increase from last year.
  • 92614 - Woodbridge zip area - 266.7% sales increase from last year. 
  • 92618 - Oak Creek and East Irvine zip area - 200% sales increase from last year.
  • 92620 - Northwsood zip area - 12.9% sales increase from last year.
Woodbridge Village at Irvine is hot and enjoyed the largest year over year sales increase of any of the OC 83 zip code areas.
 
All OC homes zip areas - Median sold price of $420k (up 12.3% from last year) and 2379 homes sold (up 5.5% from last year during 2009.
