OC Business Council Group Supports Gov. Schwatzenenneger Efforts on Incentives for Jobs Creation

The Orange County Business Council supports California Governor Schwarzenegger's plan to put California back on road to recovery, liking the California Jobs Initiative and the new hire credit.

California needs an inviting business environment that encourages businesses to locate and grow here and businesses to pay taxes.

This council likes good proposals and 'regulatory reform' to include things like CEQA streamlining applied to state water projects and SB375 infrastructure exemptions for roads, water, and housing projects, and job creation incentives, and state Enterprise Zones.

The Orange County Business Council is a voice of business in Orange County, California, and works with government and academia, to enhance Orange County's economic development and prosperity.  www.ocbc.org.
