Irvine Homes Values - Local Housing Market Update

Not Surprising that Irvine, CA, homes sales and prices were up in Jan. 2010.

 

105 homes were sold in Irvine during January this year, which is up 19% vs. same time one year ago.

 

Homes sales were up in 6 of the 8 Irvine Zip code areas for January.

 

92614 (Woodbridge) and 92618 (Oak Creek) had 100% increase in homes sales January 2010 v. last year January 2009.

 

All of Orange County had home sales volume increase of 3.5% in January 2010 vs. one year ago.

 

So Irvine continues to lead housing recovery at the Orange County markets.
