OC Housing Market Shows Good Start for This Year 2010

Beginning of New Year 2010 and good signs for Orange County homes and real estate market.
  • Homes with asking prices up to $750K are hot with very short market time (sellers market).
  • Homes up to $1.5 million are getting offers and buyers with improved market time (balanced market).
  • Homes over $1.5 are as expected are cold (buyers market).
All homes now listed for sale would theoretically sell in 2.43 months at current rate of sale.

REALTORS and agents don't have enough homes to show and sell at Orange County, especially in range of under $750k, so sellers there can expect good results.
