Home Sales and Sold Prices Were Up in US During 2009 as Compared to 2008

Realtor.org - National Association of Realtors - reported that there was a rise in rate of resale home sales during last 3 months of 2009, which was inspired in part by federal tax credits to homebuyers.

 

At the same time, both sold prices and number of sales rose year-over-year in December, and total home sales grew in 2009 year as compared to year 2008.
