Don't wait until the day of the Super Bowl if you plan to put your house on the for sale market this year. 

 

It's almost spring.  Traditionally, the "spring" home buying season, what some people call the busiest time in the home selling market, begins the day after the Super Bowl.

If you are planning to be a seller of a home this spring, don't wait too long.  Lots of people are being pushed off the sofa this season and will be out buying homes.
