So get organized for home buying, contact your experienced and professional mortgage loan broker and get pre-qualified.

 With big government money pushed into the financial markets during the past two years, pressure is on the FED to control inflation. 

 

Mortgage loan rates are poised to go up from their historic low levels. 

For a $417k conforming loan, monthly payment at rate of 4.25 percent on a 30-year fixed would be $2,051.  When mortgage interest rates move up to 6% as expected, monthly payment would go up and home affordability drop dramatically.
